Rosneft to pay Transneft 384 bln rbl for oil pumping in 2019

MOSCOW, Dec 25 (PRIME) -- Russian oil major Rosneft has signed a 384.299 billion ruble transportation agreement with oil pipeline monopoly Transneft to pump 184.965 million tonnes of oil in 2019, Transneft said in a statement on Tuesday.

“Transneft undertakes the obligation to provide oil transportation services to Rosneft amounting to 184.965 million tonnes of oil owned by the supplier in the period from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019…including mixes with oils of other suppliers through the main pipeline system of Russia, while the supplier undertakes the obligation to pay for the services,” Transneft said.

“The amount of the deal in monetary terms is 384.299 billion rubles as a percentage of the asset value of the issuer.”

The company said that the value of its assets amounted to 1.018 trillion rubles.
